Marshall White Weekly News Update

As the Spring Racing Carnival wound to an end, the weekend’s auction numbers were still too low to accurately gauge the true effect of last week’s interest rate cut. However the large numbers attending opens and auctions are a positive sign. Marshall White had two very pleasing $2 million plus auction results in Armadale and Malvern East on Saturday. Another highlight was the auction of an elegant Federation home at 10 Dudley Parade, Canterbury that achieved a price of $1.83 million.
